Mobile Notarization Appointment Fees

Call to get a quote or schedule an appointment online and we will call to give you an accurate quote. Some fees will be waived or discounted for documents needing 6 or more notarizations.

Standard mobile notarization (home, office, school, businesses) $10 per notarization

Travel fees $30

Hospital/ nursing home/ facility visit $15

Fees for Witnesses

Witnesses provided by Reliant Mobile Notary $25 per witness

Witnesses provided by the signer $10 per witness

Please note: Witness fees are based on time checking ID's, adding information into the journal, witnesses provided by Reliant Mobile Notary, and ensuring accuracy. Witnessing other signatures other that the signer increases time spent on the notarization process, especially if the witnesses are signing multiple pages along with the signer.

After Hours and Weekend Fees

Weekend fee $15

After-hours service (8:00 PM-7:00AM) $75

Fees are based on travel distance, travel time, and wait times for facility visits.

Pricing Disclosure

Michigan law limits notarization fees to $10 per notarial act.
All additional charges are disclosed and agreed upon prior to service.

After Hours Emergency Notarizations (Starting at 8:00PM)

When important documents can’t wait until morning, after hours notarization may be available by appointment.

Payment

Cash, debit card, and credit card payments are accepted. Payment must be received on site and before any notarial act is performed. There are no refunds on completed notarizations. Refunds are only given if there is a proven error.
