Scheduling & Payment Policy

When you schedule a wedding ceremony or consultation with Reliant Mobile Notary & Weddings by Katina Stansberry, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Once an appointment is confirmed, that time slot is no longer available for other clients or couples.

All appointments require a consultation before booking is finalized. During the consultation, Katina will review your ceremony details, provide a personalized quote, and issue a contract outlining services and payment terms.

To officially reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required. Your booking is not confirmed until both have been received.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled wedding date for advanced bookings.

Rush and same-day ceremonies (within 14 days) must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

All invoices will be sent via Square Online for secure payment processing.

Please note that scheduling your appointment prevents another couple from booking the same date and time. For this reason, all deposits and rush fees are final.
