Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To ensure reliable and timely service, all notary appointments are scheduled within a one hour arrival window. For example, a 2:00 PM appointment means the notary will arrive anytime between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. This allows for safe travel and potential traffic delays while still respecting your time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least two hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. If a cancellation occurs after the notary has already arrived at the location, a $40 travel fee will apply.
All appointments are confirmed by text message or phone call approximately one hour before travel to ensure availability and accuracy.
While every effort is made to honor scheduled appointments, the notary reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, unforeseen emergencies, or vehicle related issues. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered when available.
