# Your Notary Request Has Been Received!

Thank you for contacting **Reliant Mobile Notary**.

We have received your appointment request and will review the details you provided.

### What Happens Next?

**1. We review your request.**  
We'll review your document type, number of signers and documents, appointment location, and requested date/time.

**2. We confirm availability and pricing.**  
Because mobile notary appointments can vary depending on location and circumstances, we'll confirm the applicable service fee before your appointment.

**3. We confirm your appointment.**  
Once availability and pricing have been confirmed, you'll receive instructions for the next step.

4\. **Appointment & Cancellation Policy**

To ensure reliable and timely service, all notary appointments are scheduled within a one hour arrival window. For example, a 2:00 PM appointment means the notary will arrive anytime between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. This allows for safe travel and potential traffic delays while still respecting your time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least **two hours’ notice** prior to your scheduled time. If a cancellation occurs after the notary has already arrived at the location, a **$40 travel fee** **will apply.**

All appointments are confirmed by text message or phone call approximately one hour before travel to ensure availability and accuracy.

While every effort is made to honor scheduled appointments, the notary reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, unforeseen emergencies, or vehicle related issues. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered when available.

### Important Before Your Appointment

Please make sure:

- All required signers will be present.
- Signers have acceptable identification.
- Documents are complete and ready for notarization.
- Documents requiring witnesses have the appropriate witnesses available, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Documents are **not signed in advance** when the notarial act requires the signer to sign in the notary's presence.
- You have confirmed any special requirements with your facility, hospital, nursing home, or other location.
